Below are the following opportunities available: 

Online Community Moderators

An exciting opportunity is available for Online Community Moderators to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the A Stitch in Time team, these positions will primarily be responsible for the moderation and community building of our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages and Website. The positions will monitor for clinical and reputational risk, and escalate any issues to the Program Director. The positions will also provide administrative and project support to the Operations team with high-quality wrap around support, and will have access to our high quality training programs.

The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

– Previous experience working in a similar role – social media/forum moderation experience highly desirable
– Awareness of mental health and social issues
– Experience or training in the mental health sector is highly desirable
– Strong administration skills
– Competency in working with a range of computer applications including Word, Excel, Hootsuite
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Willingness to apply for a National Police Records Check
– Working with Children Check for Employment purposes (or willing to apply for one)
In this role, you will 
- Develop and implement communications plans and strategies
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of the A Stitch in Time engagement strategy
- Work effectively within the team to promote discussions, strategy development and problem solving
These are exciting roles which allow a number of individuals to drive our social media channels and website content. You will ultimately assist in the implementation of the A Stitch in Time strategy and help deliver our key messages.
